3. Mobile Information Sharing Disclosure (Twilio Compliance)

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
 Sharing of mobile information is limited solely to necessary subcontractors providing support services (e.g., customer service).
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited cases:

  • Service Providers & Subcontractors: We work with trusted vendors (e.g. Twilio) to deliver services like SMS messaging, data hosting, and customer support. These providers are only allowed to use your data to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if legally required to do so, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
  • Business Transfers: If Crux is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be part of that transfer. We will notify you if that happens and your personal information is involved.

We do not share, sell, or trade our users’ phone numbers.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. This information is used only to send messages through our platform and is shared solely with subcontractors like Twilio for the purpose of message delivery.

Any data shared is stripped of personally identifying details wherever possible.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Service, track user movements, and gather demographic information.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can:

  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP”
  • Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete any inaccurate information
