All intellectual property related to Crux (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by us or our licensors.

6. Messaging & Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Crux, including:

  • Daily questions and prompts
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Other messages related to your Crux experience

We do not share, sell, or trade your phone number. SMS opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver messages and are shared only with service providers (like Twilio) for that purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Crux disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
